中药炮制方法简况

中药炮制是我国传统的制药技术,是中医临床用药特点所在,各种炮制方法均有一定的炮制目的,均以适应临床需求,提高临床疗效为前提。净制为通过净选加工,选取规定的药用部分,除去非药用部分、杂质及霉变品、虫蛀品、泥沙、灰屑等,使其达到药用的净度标准。切制系将净选后的药物进行软化,切成一定规格的片、块、段等的炮制工艺,便于有效成分的煎出,提高煎药质量,利于炮炙,利于调配和储存,便于鉴别,利于制剂。加热或加辅料炮制可增强疗效、缓和或改变药性、降低毒性或减少刺激作用、矫臭矫味、利于储存和制剂。
