胃苏颗粒治疗气滞型胃脘痛对照临床研究

[目的]观察胃苏颗粒治疗气滞型胃脘痛疗效。[方法]将60例气滞型胃脘痛患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组口服胃苏颗粒（主要成分：紫苏梗、香附、陈皮、香橼、佛手、积壳、槟榔、鸡内金）,3次/d,1袋/次;对照组30例口服荆花胃康胶丸（主要成分：土荆芥、水团花）,3次/d,2粒/次。两组均治疗2周,随访2个月进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率86.70%,对照组总有效率66.70%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]胃苏颗粒对气滞型胃脘痛患者有显著治疗效果。

The Clinical Research on Qi -stagnation Gastric Abscess Treated by Weisu Granule by Randomized Controlled Trial

[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of Weisu Granule to cure Qi -stagnation Gastric Ab- scess. [ Methods ] The 60 patients with qi stagnancy and type weiwantong patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases of every group. The treatment group took Weisu Granule （ main ingredient ： perilla stems, cyperus, citrus, citron, fingered citron, fructus aurantii, semen arecae, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli） , 3 times/d, 1 bag/times ; the control group took Jinghuaweikang Capsule （main ingredient： wormseed, adina pilulifera） , 3 times/d, 2 capsules/times. Do the 2 -month follow- up assessment of cura- tive effect after 2 - week treatment of each group. [ Result ] The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group （86.70% vs 66.70% , P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Weisu Granule has a significant effect on the treatment of Qi - stagnation Gastric Abscess.
