辨证论治、穴位注射联合化疗方案治疗肺结核并咯血132例

[目的]观察辨证论治、穴位注射联合化疗方案治疗肺结核并咯血的临床疗效。[方法]对132例肺结核咯血患者（中小量）,使用西医规范抗痨化疗方案,照海、地五会穴位注射,辨证论治,分三个症型中药治疗。3d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。获效后继续用中药2～3个疗程巩固,防止再发咯血。[结果]显效76例,有效50例,无效6例,总有效率95.45%。[结论]辨证论治、穴位注射联合化疗方案治疗肺结核咯血疗效好,临床操作简单无需住院治疗,安全可靠,复发率低。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Combined with Acupoint-Injection for 132 Cases of Tuberculosis and Hemoptysis

[Objective]To observe the the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with acupoint-injection in the treatment of tuberculosis and hemoptysis.[Method]The chemotherapy regimen was used in the treatment of tuberculosis,meanwhile acupuncture point injection therapy and syndrome differentiation and treatment were used in the treatment of three different symptoms of tuberculosis patients.And we choose acupuncture acupuncture points Zhaohai and Diwuhui to treat tow different symptoms of tuberculosis patients.The regimen was repeated every3weeks,and after two cycles we determined efficacy,if the patient had received curative effect,we continued to use traditional Chinese medicine 2~3 cycles to consolidate to prevent the recurrence of hemoptysis.[Result]In the study,76 cases had significant efficacy,50 cases had the general efficacy,and 6 cases had no efficacy,The total effective rate is 95.45%.[Conclusions]Syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with acupoint-injection in the treatment of tuberculosis and hemoptysis are effective.The regimen has the advantages of simple clinical operation without hospitalization,safe,reliable,low recurrence rate.
