| 摘 要： | 对陈旧性心肌梗塞、冠心病、可疑冠心病、大致正常和正常的111例同时作高频心电图(HF-ECG)、彩色编码、踏车试验、动态心电图和心室晚电位检查,以进行对比研究评价高频心电图对冠心病的诊断价值。结果表明HF-ECG的敏感度高于其他检查方法,对病变范围、程度、预后的估测有一定的参考价值;还探讨了导致HF-ECG异常的病理生理基础,认为如果6导联明显异常者应进一步检查或动态观察以确定心脏受累原因。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper was to explore the value of the high frequency electrocardiogram(HF-ECG)in diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).This HF-ECG examination had been performed on 111 cases with outmoded cardiac myocardial infarction,CHD,suspectable CHD,approxima-tely normal and normal state and compared with color code,treadmill,Holter and ventricular late potential tests.The results showed that the sensitivity of HF-ECG was higher than other methods in diagnosis of CHD.It was also observed that HF-ECG was able to give a refreritial value in the evaluation of diseased area,extent and prognosis.The pathophysiolosical basis of HF-ECG was discussed. |
