中西医结合治疗肺性脑病63例疗效观察

目的　提高治疗肺性脑病的疗效 ,降低病死率。方法　将符合肺性脑病诊断标准的患者 63例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方丹参注射液、牛黄醒脑注射液治疗 ;对照组采用常规西医治疗。结果　治疗组病死率明显低于对照组。差异有非常显著的意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　中药复方丹参注射液、牛黄醒脑注射液配合西医常规治疗肺性脑病可提高疗效 ,尤其对中重型肺性脑病 ,比之单用西医疗法 ,可显著降低病死率 ,具有推广价值

Investigation on Curative Effects of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on 63 Cases of Pulmonary Encephalopathy

Objective To observe the curative effects of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods 63 cases with pulmonary encephalopathy were divided at random into the therapeutic group and the control group. Patients in the therapeutic group were treated with Compound Danshen Injection and Niuhuangxingnao Injection in addition to the medicine used in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine only. Results The mortality of the therapeutic group was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Compound Danshen Injection and Niuhuangxingnao Injections conbined with western medicine may improve the curative effect and decrease mortality in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy. This is worth popularizing.
