酒精性肝硬化病人白细胞介素6及其与白细胞介素2相关性研究

目的：研究酒精性肝硬化病人白细胞介素6及其与白细胞介素2相关性。方法：应用ELISA方法分别检测了酒精性肝硬化病人血清白细胞介素6（IL－6）及外周血单核细胞（PBMC）自然和诱导产生的IL－6和IL－2水平，同时观察了诱导产生的IL－6与免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG及IL－2的相关性。结果：血清中和PBMC自然或 产生的IL－6均明显高于健康对照组，IL－6与血清IgA水平呈正相关，与IL－2呈负相关，结论：酒精性肝硬化患者白细胞介素水平的异常可能与酒精性肝硬化病人免疫球蛋白的过度产生和免疫调节功能紊乱有关。

Study on interleukin-6 levels in alcoholic liver cirrhosis and the correlation with interleukin-2 level

Objective:Study on interleukin-6levels and the correlation with interleukin-2 level in alcoholic liver cirrhosis.Methods: In order to explore the pathogenesy of alcoholic liver cirrhosis. The serum levels and spontaneous or induced production of IL-6 by peripheral blood monoclonal cells has been studied by ELISA in alcoholic liver cirrhosis. At the same time we examined IL-2 level by PBMC and observed the correlation of IL-6 with IgA,IgG serum levels and IL-2. Results:The result show that serum levels and spontaneous or induced prodouction of IL-6 by PBMC are increased.IL-6 Production correlates closely with the IgA serum levels and negatively with impaired IL-2. Conclusions: abnormality of levels of interleukin in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis could be realted to overproduction of immunoglobulins and disbalance observed in this disease.
