| 摘 要： | 青霉素自1941年用于临床以来，在控制感染性疾病方面起到了重要作用，挽救了无数的生命，但随之出现的严重细菌耐药性，给医学工作者提出了新的挑战。辩证地认识细菌耐药问题，正确合理地使用抗菌药物，已成为人类保护自己生存的一个长期乃至永恒的话题。

| Abstract: | Penicillin playes an important role in controlling infectious diseases and has saved innumerable lives since it was clinically used in 1941.But severe antibiotic resistance of bacteria followed also gives the medicine worker a new challenge.Looking on the question of antibiotic resistance of bacteria dialectically,using antibiotics reasonably has become a long-term and even eternal task for human being to protect ourself. |
