非贵金属烤瓷冠镀金后的临床评价

目的评价非贵金属镀金烤瓷冠镀金后对预防牙颈部灰线的临床应用效果.方法选择两个对称性上前牙需进行烤瓷修复的病例,随机分为两组,一组进行镀金,用聚羧酸锌水门汀粘固.另一组不镀金,用聚羧酸锌水门汀粘固.观察粘固后即刻局部颈缘、颈部牙龈效果以及三个月和一年后颈部牙龈情况.结果即刻效果镀金组与对照组无显著差异.三个月和一年后镀金组和对照组有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论镀金技术能有效的预防牙颈部灰线出现,而且经济、实用,值得推广.

The clinical evaluation on the gilt no-precious-metal-ceramic restoration

Objective To detect the effect of the gilt no-precious-metal-ceramic restoration on preventing the "black-line" margins of gingiva. Method Selecting the case of two bilateral upper anterior teeth that were used for metal-ceramic restoration, divided into two groups randomly. One group was gilt and cemented with zinc polycrylate cement, the control group was cemented with zinc polycrylate cement only. After being cemented, observing the immediate effect of margins of gingiva and 3-month-period and one-year-period effect. Result There was no statistically significant difference in the immediate effect between the experiment group and the control group. There was statistically significant difference in the effect of 3-month-period and one-year-period between the gilt group and the control group. Conclutions The use of gilt technology can prevent the "black-line" margins of gingiva effectively.
