| 摘 要： | 理气药对C57BL小鼠Lewis肺癌的局部肺转移有一定的抑制作用,抗转移率达33．89％。实验中发现,小鼠荷瘤后,血小板聚集性增高．达6．71±2．80Ω,TXB2升高,6－K－PGF1α降低,T／P比值变大,提示肿瘤的生长能激活凝血机制。而理气药的治疗抑制了血小板聚集性的增高,为4．09±1．20Ω,与正常相接近,并能降低TXB2,升高6－K－PGF1α,T／P比值变小,使TXA2-PGI2趋于平衡,表明理气药能改善荷瘤机体的高凝状态,以利于抗肿瘤治疗。

| Abstract: | According to traditional Chinese medical theory`Qi in motion can normalize blood circulation". To study the therapeutic effect of herbs regulating Qi on inhibition of tumor metastasis, their influence on blood stasis was investigated. Results showed that the herbs could slow down platelet aggregation and normalize the balance between TXAZ and PGIZ. Hence,the herbs could inhibit tumor growth and metastasis. |
