苯乙烯对仔鼠神经行为功能的影响

目的研究苯乙烯对仔鼠神经行为功能的影响。方法选择健康成年体重240~260 g Wistar大鼠,按雌雄2∶1合笼2周。将孕鼠随机分配到对照组,250,500,1000 mg/kg苯乙烯染毒组,每组孕鼠20只。孕鼠从妊娠第6天至分娩后第28天,按5 ml/kg容积,1次/d灌胃染毒。对分娩后28 d的仔鼠进行转棒试验、步下法测试和水迷宫测试以评价苯乙烯对仔鼠神经行为功能的影响。结果转棒试验显示,苯乙烯各染毒组结果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);步下法和水迷宫测试结果显示,苯乙烯染毒500,1000 mg/kg组仔鼠的学习、记忆功能受到了损害,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本实验的染毒时间和剂量范围内,苯乙烯对大鼠仔鼠的神经行为功能产生了明显的损害作用。

Effects of Styrenc on Neurobehavioral Functions in Pups

Objective To study effects of styrenc on neurobehavioral function in pups.Methods Healthy adult rats(240~260g)were exposed to styrene 250,500 and 1000 mg/kg respectively by gavage 1 time/d,from the 6th day of gestation until 28 days after delivery.The neurobehavioral functions including rotary rod test,step-down test,and spatial water maze were observed in 28 day old pups.Results In rotary rod test no significant difference was observed between exposed groups and the control group(P>0.05).In the step-down test and spatial water maze test,results showed that the learning and memory functions in pups exposed to 500 and 1000 mg/kg styrene groups were damaged and the difference was significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neurobehavioral function damage is observed in pups exposed to 500 and 1000 mg/kg styrene for 43 days.
