| 摘 要： | 目的观察闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法选自我院收治的小儿肱骨髁骨折25例,采用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定,术后行石膏托外固定。患儿术后回访10~16个月,平均随访13个月。随访时检查患儿患侧和健康侧关节的屈伸度和携带角。结果患儿获得骨性愈合,无一例出现神经肌肉挛缩及医源性神经损伤,其中优12例,良10例,优良率为88%。结论采用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定法治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,优势在于创伤小,骨折固定稳定,术后肘关节功能恢复满意。
