| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the perioperative management of laparoscopic operation for patients with colon diseases. Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with colon diseases treated by laparoscopic operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Laparoseopic colon operation was suc- cessfully performed on 86 cases, and the other 3 cases were converted to open operation. The operating time was 110 to 370（mean 164 ± 65）rain; the average blood loss was（97 ± 43）ml. Postoperative corn plications occurred in 10 cases. There was no perioperative death in these cases. Conclusion As long as the operative indications are strictly obeyed, laparoscopic colon operation will be safe and feasible with proper perioperative management. |
