| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结肠穿孔原因、部位和诊断、治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析我院2004年7月至2011年3月收治的12例结肠穿孔患者资料.自发性穿孔6例,肿瘤性3例;乙状结肠6例,横结肠4例.11例手术治疗,1例非手术治疗.结果 10例治愈,2例因严重并发症后自动出院,均有肺部和腹部感染.结论 结肠穿孔多发于老年人,自发性和肿瘤性...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the etiology,site,diagnosis and treatment of colon perforation.Methods The clinical data of 12 cases with colon perforation admitted from July 2004 to March 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.6 cases were spontaneous perforation and 3 cases were perforated neoplasia;6 cases were located in sigmoid and 4 cases were located in transverse colon.Of the 12 cases,11 were treated with operation,and 1 without operation.Results 10 cases were cured and 2 cases discharged from hospital without permission because of severe complication of inflammation.Conclusion Colon perforation happens most commonly in the elderly.The cause of perforation are mainly spontaneous and neoplasm.The site of perforation mainly locates in sigmoid and transverse colon.Early appropriate surgical treatment is vital to improve prognosis. |
