欣母沛在预防妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产后出血中的应用

目的观察欣母沛预防妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产后出血的临床疗效。方法将74例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产患者分成两组,治疗组36例术中宫体注射欣母沛250μg,对照组38例术中宫体注射催产素20U。观察术中、用药后2h内、用药6h内、产后24h内出血量及总出血量情况。结果用药后2h及24h内平均出血量治疗组为（35.0±20.2）ml和（113.9±64.0）ml,明显少于对照组的（58.1±43.5）ml和（158.0±116.7）ml,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;用药后6h内治疗组平均出血量为（35.3±30.5）ml,略小于对照组的（44.6±43.9）ml,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组在各阶段出血量都较对照组少,尤其在用药2h内以及24h内出血量的减少有统计学意义。结论欣母沛在预防妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产后出血方面切实有效,尤以用药后2h更明显。

Application of Carboprost Tromethamine in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of patient with pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma

Objective To study the clinical effects of Carboprost Tromethamine,which prevent postpartum hemorrhage of patient with pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma.Methods 74 cases of pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma undergone routine cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups(the study group consisting of 36 cases,the control group of 38 cases).Subjects in the study group were injected into uterus with 250 μg carboprost tromethamine,while that in the control group were injected with 20 U oxytocin.The amount of bleeding during operation,2 h,6 h and 24 h postpartum were observed and recorded.Results The average amount of bleeding 2 h,24 h postpartum in the study group were(35.0±20.2) ml and(113.9±64.0) ml,significantly lower than that in the control group,(58.1±43.5) ml and(158.0±116.7) ml,respectively.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The average amount of bleeding 6 h postpartum in the study group was(35.3±30.5) ml,lightly lower that that in the control group,(44.6± 43.9) ml,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine presents great and effective performance to reinforce uterine contraction of patients with pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma,especially 2 hours postpartum.
