| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜下肝海绵状血管瘤微波固化治疗的可行性及方法.方法 回顾性分析2005年2月至2010年1月在腹腔镜下行微波固化治疗肝海绵状血管瘤40例之疗效和1年随访结果.结果 40例在腹腔镜下行微波固化肝海绵状血管瘤,无严重手术并发症.32例术后随访1年无复发,余8例失访.结论 严格掌握适应证,经腹腔镜下微波同化治疗...

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of microwave coagulation treat liver hemangio- ma under laparoscopy. Methods Retrospective following up 40 patients with hepatic hemangioma un- derwent microwave coagulation under laparoscopy from February 2005 to January 2010. Results All the patients have no serve postoperative complications and 32 of the patient has no recurrence under ul- trasonic observing until one year after microwave coagulation. Conclusion Microwave coagulation for liver hemangioma under laparoscopy is safe and feasible for selected patients. |
