| 摘 要： | 目的评价对急诊输液患者抗生素药物不良反应的护理疗效,寻求更好的抗生素不良反应的护理措施。方法统计我院自2007年1月至2009年12月间178例急诊科患者静脉输注抗生素不良反应发生的情况,并对其进行不良反应的观察、护理等措施。结果所有药物不良反应者均及时停药并对症治疗,1例因引起过敏性休克,经抢救无效而死亡,其余病例中的抗生素不良反应均未导致严重后果。结论对急诊输液病人抗生素药物不良反应进行护理时,要做到及时停药,立即遵医嘱采用抗过敏性休克等措施,并对患者行心理安抚,效果显著。
