中学生心理障碍的早期干预研究

摘    要:目的了解企业社区中学生的心理障碍现状,对其进行早期干预。方法对1342名中学生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试,对其心理障碍者进行早期干预。结果企业社区中学生焦虑、人际关系敏感、强迫、恐怖的发生率较高,干预有效率为82.43%,以上因子评分在干预前、后及与国内青年常模三者两两比较差异均有统计学意义。结论企业社区中学生存在一定的心理障碍,早期干预有利于促进其心理健康成长,避免不良后果。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of psychological disorders among middle school students of enterprise community,and to study the effects of early intervention.Methods 1 342 students were assessed using the SCL-90 self-rating symptom scale.Those with psychological disorders were treated with early intervention.Results The rates of anxiety,interpersonal relationship sensitivity,forcefulness,and phobias were found to be relatively high.The effectiveness of interventions was 82.43%.There was statistically significant difference between the above factors of pre-intervention,post-intervention,and national norms.Conclusion A definite level of psychological disorders exists among middle school students of enterprise community.Early intervention proves to be beneficial for promoting healthy psychological development and preventing negative subsequent effects.
