| 摘 要： | 目的 阐明法洛四联症晚期室性心律失常的发生率及与严重程度有关的因素，以防止晚期猝死，改变术后远期疗效。方法 本组随访４９例ＴＯＦ纠治术后病例，包括心电图，２４小时动态心电图，二超声心动图。结果 猝死１例，４８例经Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ检查；室性心律失常２１例，有临床意义的室性心律失常７例。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to elucidate the
frequency of ventricular arrhythmia in late postoperativc Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), factors
related to severity of cardiac arrhythmia, so as to prevent the occurrence of late sudden death
and improve late postoperative results. Methods Retrospective followup study, including ECG,
24 hour ambulatory ECG(Holter) and two dimensional echocardiography (2DE), was done in 49
patients of postoperative TOF. Results Of 49 patients, there was one sudden death(2%). Holter
monitoring in 48 patients demonstrated ventricular premature complex in 21 patients (43.8%),
significant ventricular arrhythmia (grade 2 of the Lown's classification) in 7 patients(14.6%). The
age at surgical repair and followup, length of followup in patients with grade 2 of the Lown's
classification were elder and longer than patients with
