| 摘 要： | 本文观察了阿苯达唑亚砜150mg/kg/d×15天及×28天对NIH小鼠体内细粒棘球蚴的作用。结果表明,连续给药15天,细粒棘球蚴生发层出现变性及坏死的发生率分别为60.0％及32.0％;而囊液内原头节变性及死亡的发生率依次为36.3％及4.3％;治疗28天时,生发层的变性及坏死和原头节的变性及死亡的发生率依次分别为37.9％及58.6％和16.7％及40.0％;而角质层则有破坏及大量多核巨噬细胞聚集。

| Abstract: | The effect of albendazole sulphoxide 150mg/kg/d for 15 and 28 days on Echinococcus granulosus cyst in NIH mice was observed.The results showed that,the rates of degeneration and necrosis of germinal layer of E.granulosus cyst for 15days course were discovered to be 60.0% and 32.0%,but the rates of degenerated and dead protoscolices in cyst fluid were being.36.3% and 4.3%; while those for 28-day course,the rates of degeneration and necrosis of germinal layer pf cyst and of degenerated as well as dead protoscolices were found to be 37.9%,58.6%,16.7% and 40.0%,respectively.The focal rupture of laminated layer of E.granulosus cyst and concentration of many polynuclear macrophagus were also seen in some cyst. |
