| 摘 要： | １９９１年分层随机抽取１２个县（市）的４、８、１２岁组儿童１０４４名，按卫生部《计划免疫技术管理规程》对７种疫苗疫现状进行了监测。结果：抗体阳性率、ＧＭＴ分别为，麻疹８７．１６％±３．１４％，５．８３±０．４１（＜１：８者５６．９０％）；百日咳７８．１３％±９．１９％、２１８．１０±２３．３９（≥１：３２０者４１．６２％）；ＤＡＴ７４．４７％±１１．０４％、０．０９８±０．０２５；ＴＡＴ７５．８６
