新生儿颌下温度与腋窝温度关系的探讨

[目的]探讨颌下颈部测温的科学性与可行性,为临床上以简便的颌下测温法代替传统的测温方法提供科学依据。[方法]对71例新生儿同时进行颌下与腋下体温的测量,并将所得的数值进行统计学处理。[结果]所有入组新生儿颌下温度与腋下温度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]颌下测温法可以代替传统的腋下测温法。

Probe into relationship between submaxillary temperature and armpit temperature of newborns

Objective: To probe into both the rationality and the feasibility of measuring body temperature under submaxilla so as to provide some scientific bases for simple submaxillary temperature measurement to replace the traditional way of measuring temperature under armpit in clinic. Methods A total of 38 inpatients in pediatric department and another 33 newborns in gynecology and obstetrics department were selected. Body temperatures of all cases were measured under submaxilla and armpit respectively at the same time. Then all data of two group cases were compared statistically. Results: There was no statistical significant difference between submaxillary temperature and armpit temperature (P>0.05).Conclusion Taking submaxillary temperature can replace the traditional way of measuring armpit temperature, and yet it is simple, time-saving and convenient.
