| 摘 要： | 目的：对比恩丹西酮与氟哌利多用于自控镇痛(PCA)中预防术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法：对120例胆囊手术患者于PCA中分别加入恩丹西酮与氟哌利多，观察恶心、呕吐，进行评分。结果：恩丹西酮组优秀率88．3％，氟哌利多组60．0％，有显著差异(P＜0．05)。结论：PCA中使用恩丹西酮预防术后恶心呕吐比氟哌利多收效好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effect of Ondansetran and Droperidol for prevention of PONV(post operation nausea and vomiting)while to be applied to PCA respectively. Methods: Patients of 120 cases operated for cholecystitis getting in PCA were divided for two groups at random, and Ondansetran or Droperidol would be given respectively. Nausea and vomiting were observed and scored. Results: Outstanding effect percentage in Ondansetran group was 88.3% and 60.0% in Droperidol group with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ondansetran is better than Droperidol in preventing nausea and vomiting during giving in PCA. |
