出院指导对脑血管病患者家庭康复的影响

目的 为了探讨出院指导对脑血管病患者家庭康复的影响.方法 作者随机抽取1997年7月至9月实施出院指导的36例病人作为观察组,随机抽取1997年3月至7月未实施出院指导的30例病人作为对照组,进行随访调查和分析.结果 两组病例1年内再次发病和并发症的发生率、生活自理情况有显著性差异,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05.结论 出院指导对脑血管病患者家庭康复具有十分重要的作用.

The Effects of Guidance for Discharged Patients on Home Rehabilitation of Cerebrovascular Patients

Objective On purpose of probing the effects of guidance for discharged patients on home rehabilitation of cerebrovascular patients. Methods 36 Cerebrovaccular cases accepting guidance for discharged patients from July to September in 1997 were at random sampled as research group, and 30 cerebrovascular ones accepting in-patient guidance from March to July in 1997 as control group. The follow-up surveys and the interviews were recorded and analyzed. Results The research group was significantly superior to the control group in reoccurrence within a year, complication and daily life (P<0. 05). Conclusions The guidance for discharged patients is important for the cerebrovascular patients to get rehabilitated at home.
