腹腔镜胆总管探查术治疗华枝睾肝吸虫症

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆总管探查术在治疗华枝睾肝吸虫症的临床作用。方法 回顾分析1994年—2003年263例腹腔镜胆总管探查术中22例肝吸虫症的临床表现及处理。结果 术前确诊仅4例，大多数术前诊断为：胆囊炎，胆管炎，胆管结石，胆囊结石，胆管癌等。22例肝吸虫症的患者行腹腔镜胆总管探查术，成功率100％，术后无胆漏，胆汁性腹膜炎，胆管狭窄，胆道出血等并发症。结论 腹腔镜胆总管探查术治疗华枝睾肝吸虫症是安全，有效的；有副作用少，创伤小，住院时间短等优点；加强对肝吸虫症的认识，减少误诊及漏诊的发生。

Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy treats clonorchis sinensis

Objective:Discuss about the clinic function that laparoscopic choledocholithotomy treats clonorchis sinensis.Methods: Analysised 22 clonorchis sinensis of 263 laparoscopic common bile duct exploration that the clinic exhibition and manage ,from 1994 to 2003 . Results: Diagnosed only 4 cases before operation,and other diagnosis cholecystitis,cholangitis,choledocholithiasis ,stone of gallbladder,cancinoma of the bile ducts before operation. Twenty-two clonorchis sinensis cases were succeed by laparoscopic common bile duct exploration,nothing about biliary fistula,billary peritonitis and bile duct stricture,bile duct bleeding . Conclusions:Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy treats clonorchis sinensis is safe and effective,low side-effect,small of wound,short of time being in hospital,imposed the acquirement about clonorchis sinensis,reduce diagnosis mistakes happened.
