多层螺旋CT及重建技术诊断腰椎峡部裂的临床价值

摘    要:目的讨论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描及重建技术诊断腰椎峡部裂的临床价值。方法30例患者行腰椎MSCT扫描(范围从L3~S1),重建层厚1.25mm,间隔0.6mm,将数据传至工作站,行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)重建,对横断面图像及重建图像进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者均为腰椎双侧峡部裂,其中L4 2例,L5 26例,L4和L5 2例。MPR可以从多方位清楚显示峡部裂的形态,三维重建图像能够立体直观地显示峡部裂骨质结构的空间改变。结论MSCT及多种重建技术联合运用,能够清楚全面地显示椎体峡部裂,同时显示椎体滑脱、骨质增生、椎间盘膨出或突出等病变,对临床诊治具有重要的参考价值。

Clinical value of MSCT and reconstructure technique in lumbar spondyloschisis

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT) and reconstructure technique in lumbar spondyloschisis. Methods Thirty patients were performed MSCT scan of lumbar(from L3 to S1), reconstructed slice thickness 1.25 mm, slice increment 0. 6 ram. The data were transferred to the work- station and postprocessed with multiple planar reformatting(MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP)and vol- ume rendering(VR), All images were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT scans showed bilateral lumbar spondyloschisis in all cases, including L4 (n = 2) , L, (n = 26), L4 and L5 (n = 2). MPR displayed the spondylos- ehisis from arbitary direction. Three-dimensional reconstructure demonstrated the space change of bone struc- tures. Conclusion A combination of MSCT and reconstructure technique can accurately display the details of lumbar spondyloschisis, spondylolisthesis, hyperostosis, pathological change of spinal disc, et al, which may pro- vide important value for clinical treatment.
