2005年清流县结核病督导管理情况分析

[目的]分析2005年清流县结核病人督导工作开展情况以利于有效地促进项目病人规范化管理。[方法]2005年对县级结防机构督导访视涂阳肺结核病人及有关资料进行分析。[结果]对全县14个乡（镇）卫生院督导168乡次,40个行政村次访视病人62例,其中村医面视下督导用药40例,家庭成员督导用药20例,自服药有2例。[结论]应加强对乡（镇）卫生院和村卫生所的督导以及病人访视管理力度。

Analysis of Tuberculosis Supervision in Qingliu County in 2005

[Objective]To analyze tuberculosis supervision in order to promote the management for tuberculosis patients. [Methods]Supervision was carried out at tuberculosis control and treatment units at county level, positive patients examined by smear were visited and relative data was analysed in 2005. [Results]Supervision was carried out 168 times in health care clinics from 14 towns in the county. 62 patients from 40 village were visited,among them 40 patients took the medicine in village clinic,20 patients took the medicine under the supervision of the family member and 2 patients took the medicine by themselves. [Conclusion] Supervision and management on health care clinics and village clinics should be strengthed.
