| 摘 要： | 本文通过对30例痰湿型糖尿病患者的血液流变学观察,探讨痰湿与血液流变学之间的关系。笔者认为痰湿在血液流变学方面的改变是全血粘度比、全血还原粘度明显增高,红细胞、电泳时间、血沉增高,而红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血浆比粘度正常。说明痰湿实质是以血液粘度增高、红细胞聚集性增强为特征。化痰祛湿法能显著降低全血比粘度及全血还原粘度,降低血沉、红细胞电泳时间,改善血液微循环。

| Abstract: | By observing the hemorreology of 30—case diabetic Patients belongingto phegm—dampness syndrome,the relations between phlegm—dampnessand hemorreology have been studied in this paper,The author thinks thatthe hemorreological changes of phlegm—dampness lie in markedly inere-asing of whole blood viscosity rates,whole blood reduction viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoretic time and blood sedimentation,but hematocrit,fibrinogen and plasma viscosity remain normal.It is indicated that the ess-ence of Phlegm—dampness lie in the increasing of blood viscosity and hem-agglutination,Resolving phlegm and removing dampness obviously decreaseswhole blood viscosity,whole blood reduction viscosity,blood sedimentationand enythrocyte electrophoretic time,and imorpves microcirculation dysf-unction. |
