| 摘 要： | 目的 研究华东地区汉族2型糖尿病病人脂肪分化相关蛋白(ADRP)基因的单核苷酸多态(SNP)。方法 使用PCR测序方法，对ADRP基因的启动子、外显子以及临近的内含子进行测序，确定该基因在华东地区汉族2型糖尿病病人中所存在的SNP。结果 所测ADRP基因片段总长度为5003个碱基，有21个SNP，高频、低频分别是5、16个。结论 ADRP基因在华东地区汉族2型糖尿病病人中存在SNP；对某些SNP进行基因分型可以进一步确定ADRP基因中与2型糖尿病相关的SNP存在情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of ADRP gene in type 2 diabetics of Chinese Hans residing in east and south-east China. Methods Sequences of proximal promoter and coding regions (including sequence near splicing site) of ADRP gene were detected by PCR-sequencing. Results A total of 21 SNPs were identified for the ADRP gene; there were 5 high frequency SNPs and 16 low frequency SNPs. Conclusion SNPs were identified in the ADRP gene from patients of type 2 diabetes in Chinese Hans residing in east and south-east China; these results should be confirmed or rejected in the genotyping study for ADRP gene in the future. |
