| 摘 要： | 目的 了解新兵的职业压力程度和主要的防御方式,并研究两者的相关性.方法 采用问卷测评某部64例新兵的职业压力和防御方式,并进行相关性分析.结果 女性新兵被试的职业压力较男性高;新兵与普通人群的防御方式相比,更多采取成熟的防御方式.除退缩外,较少采取升华、压抑和期望的防御方式.结论 被试者的职业压力程度与个体的成熟和不成熟防御方式呈正相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the degree of new soldier job stress and defend styles;To study the influence of job stress on defend styles of new soldier.Methods 64 new soldiers were investigated for job stress and defend style questionnaire(DSQ).Results The level of job stress of female soldiers is higher;The new soldiers is higher with the mature defend styles,lower with defend style of sublimation,suppression and anticipation.Conclusions Job stress is associated positively with mature and immature defend styl... |
