江苏省村医结核病防治知识及医疗行为调查

目的　了解江苏省村医对结核病防治知识的知晓情况,及在处理结核病人时的医疗行为。方法 随机抽取8个县(市、区)作为样本县,对样本县中承担传染病预防控制工作的77名村医进行问卷调查。结果 79.2%的村医知道咳嗽、咳痰3周以上就应考虑有可能是肺结核,59.7%的村医知道预防控制肺结核最有效的措施是早发现早治疗,23.4%的村医知道病人正规治疗后多久一般就没有了传染性,54.5%的村医知道治疗肺结核的药物全部免费,60.4%的村医认为督导治疗有困难。结论 江苏省村医已初步掌握结核病防治的知识,但在执行转诊制度、督导病人治疗工作等方面仍有欠缺,需进一步加强村医的结核病防治培训工作,增强其工作能力。

Knowledge and behavior about tuberculosis (TB) among village medical workers in Jiangsu province

Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior about TB control among the village doctors in Jiangsu Province.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 77 village doctors in 8 sample countries which were selected by random.Results Study showed 79.2% village doctors would consider TB when a patient coughed three weeks above.59.7% knew notify and cure in time for control tuberculosis was more effectively.54.5% knew the policy of free medcines,23.4% knew how long there were no infective if the patients treatmented regularly,while using DOTS was difficult for 60.4% village doctors.Conclusions Foundment knowledges of TB were well knew among the village doctors.However,there were still some shortcomings regarding transfer and supervise patients,.The village doctors should be further strengthen at training in order to advance their professional ability for TB control.
