老年结直肠癌患者血清sIL-2R水平测定与临床意义的研究

 应用双抗体夹心ELISA法,对38例老年人(65～80岁)结直肠癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(slL-2 R)进行测定.结果表明:(1)老年结直肠癌患者sIL-2 R水平明显高于同龄正常人(P<0.01);(2)Dukes分期C、D期患者血清slL-2 R水平高于A、B期(P<0.05);(3)经手术和化疗6个月肿瘤无复发者血清slL-2 R水平显著下降,而复发者血清sIL-2 R水平明显升高.研究表明血清slL-2 R水平测定对老年结直肠癌的诊断、病情进展、临床分期及疗效评估有重要的临床价值.

Determination and clinical evaluation of serum soluble IL-2 receptor in old patients with colorectal carcinoma

The serum soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (slL - 2R ) in 38 old patients with colorectal carcinoma was determined by using sandwich ELISA with monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies technique,The results showed that (1) the sIL- 2R level was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0. 01 ). (2)the sIL--2R level in patients at stages C , D according to Dukes'classificqtion was higher than that in the patients at stages A,B (P<0. 05 ). (3)the sIL - 2R level of the effectively treated group decreased significanty,but that in the ineffetive group continued on high level 6 months after operation and chemotherapy,Therefore,defermination of sIL-2R level in serum has great referential value not only for diagnosis and judgement of advancing condition but also for evaluation of clinical stages and therapeutic effi- cacy in old patients with colorectal carcinoma.
