某高校职工糖尿病变化情况分析

目的:了解某高校教职员工糖尿病、糖尿病前期的变化情况。方法:医院于2008、2010年分别对某高校4103、4229名教职员工进行空腹血糖检测。结果:2010年糖尿病患病率7.14%,较2008年的4.44%显著增加,P0.01;50岁以上中老年人是糖尿病的患病主体;2010年糖尿病前期检出率为19.58%,较2008年的7.53%明显增加,P0.01。糖尿病男性多于女性;年轻人患病率呈现逐年增加之势。结论:某高校教职员工糖尿病、糖尿病前期患病率逐年增多,且有年轻化趋势;应加强对重点人群特别是中老年人人群进行定期血糖检测。

Analysis on the Changing Trends of Diabetes Mellitus Patients Among the Faculty of a University

Objective：Comprehension of the changing trends of（protophase）diabetes mellitus patients among the faculty of a university.Methods：FBG（fasting blood-glucose）tests have been conducted among4103 and 4229faculty members in 2008 and 2010respectively.Results：A conspicuous increase in percentage of diabetes mellitus cases has been confirmed in 2010（7.14%）as compared to that of 2008（4.44%）,P〈0.01;The majority of diabetes mellitus patients are over 50 years of age;A conspicuous increase of the percentage of protophase diabetes mellitus patients has been confirmed in 2010（19.58%）as compared to that of2008（7.53%）,P〈0.01;There are more male patients than female ones and young patients are on the increase year by year.Conclusion：Cases of diabetes mellitus are on the increase year by year and more cases are diagnosed at an earlier age;regular blood sugar tests should be reinforced in the target population,especially those who are middle-aged or of senility.
