山东省单县间日疟空间分布特征及其与蚊媒孳生水系的关系

目的 在山东省单县范围内研究间日疟空间分布特征及其与当地媒介按蚊孳生水系的关系。方法 以山东省单县为研究区域,收集2007-2012年疟疾当地感染疫情资料,对每位疟疾患者进行个案调查,采集患者居住地及其附近蚊媒孳生地的地理信息;以上疫情资料及地理信息数据批量导入或输入Google Earth软件。结果 单县5年报告疟疾当地感染病例101例,分布于全县72.73%的乡镇的70个自然村,75.71%的病例村仅1例,平均每个村发病1.44例;87.13%的患者住地附近发现蚊媒孳生地,自然村发病人数与附近水体蚊媒孳生密度正相关（r=0.997,P〈0.01）。结论 山东省单县疟疾空间分布范围广且分散的特点加大了防治难度,消除疟疾阶段应重视疫点周围蚊媒孳生地的清除。

Spatial Distribution of Tertian Malaria and Association With Mosquito Vector Breeding Drainage in Shanxian County,Shandong Province

Objective To study the spatial distribution characteristics of tertian malaria and association with the local breeding drainage of Anopheles vectors in Shanxian county, Shandong province. Methods The autochthonous malaria epidemic data in 2007 -2012 were collected, each malaria patient were investigated, geographic information of the patients＇residences and mosquito vector breeding sites were gathered. The afore- mentioned epidemic data and geographic information were input into Google Earth software in batch. Results During the five years in Shanxian county there were 101 cases of the autochthonous malaria reported, which distributed in 70 villages （72.73% of all the townships in entire county）. There was only one case in each 75.71% of those villages where with an average case number of 1.44. Around 87. 13% of the patients＇residences were found breeding sites of mosquito vector. There was a positive correlation between the number of cases in every P 〈0.01）. Conclusion village and the breeding density of mosquito vector around the village Malaria cases are scattered in a large area in Shanxian county, which （r =0. 997, embarrasses the prevention and control measures. In eliminating malaria stage, clearing the breeding sites around the malaria epidemic spot should be valued.
