| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的诊断及在临床中的应用价值。方法运用高频彩色多普勒超声对36例慢性肾衰竭患者的甲状旁腺进行检查。结果 36例患者中31例测到增大的甲状旁腺33枚,其中测及2枚者2例。结论超声对慢性肾衰竭患者继发性甲状旁腺亢进的甲状旁腺肿大有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore ultrasound diagnosis of secondary hyperparathyroidism and its clinical application value. Methods High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography was used to 36 patients with chronic renal failure for detecting their parathyroid gland. Results Among the 36 cases 31 were detected having enlarged parathyroid gland （33 pieces） in whom 2 cases had 2 pieces each. Conclusion Ultrasound used to chronic renal failure patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism of parathyroid gland enlargement has high diagnostic value. |
