| 摘 要： | 本文报道用毛细管电泳法测定了１９９６年４、５、６、７和８月份血水草地上部分白屈菜红碱、血根碱、原阿片碱和ａ－别隐品碱的含量。结果表明这四种生物碱含量依月份变化趋势和地下部分相似即白屈菜红碱和血根碱在６月份含量最低；白屈菜红碱的含量高于血根碱的含量，相应地，α－别隐品碱含量较原阿片碱高。

| Abstract: | The concentration of four alkaloids (sanguinarine, chelerythrine, protopine and alpha-allocryptopine) in the aerial parts of snowpopy (Eomecon chionantha) collected from April to August in 1996 were determined by capillary electrophoretic method. The results show that the change of contents of alkaloids according to months is similar to that of the underground parts of snowpopy, i.e. the contents of sanguinarine and chelerythrine wrer lower in June than other months; the contents of chelerythrine were higher than that of sanguinarine and alpha-allocryptopine were higher than protopine. |
