| 摘 要： | 目的:提高直肠肛管损伤早期诊断与治疗水平。方法:回顾性总结分析我院19例直肠肛管损伤病人的诊治经验。结果:17例痊愈,2例死亡,总的死亡率10.5%,并发症发生率为36.8%。结论:及时正确的诊断和早期清创、修补破损、粪便转流及局部引流是提高直肠肛管损伤疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the early diagnosis and treatment of anorecatl injury.Methods:The experience of diagnosis and treatment in 19 cases of anorecatl injury in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.Results:17 cases recovered and 2 died.The overall mortality was 10.5% and morbidity of the complications was 36.8%.Conclusion:The key of enhancing the effects of anorectal trauma maybe early diagnosis,early debridenment,repairing laceration,stool stunt and local drain. |
