| 摘 要： | 目的探讨个性化护理干预对痴呆患者生活质量的影响。方法我院收治的60例痴呆患者,选用简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）和日常生活能力量表（ADL）进行护理评估,在常规的药物治疗和饮食、安全护理及健康教育的基础上,采用回忆往事、环境定向和重新激发的个性化护理干预改善患者的认知功能。结果个性化护理改善了痴呆患者的认知功能和生活能力,护理前后的MMSE、ADL评分差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论个性化护理干预能提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of personal nurse intervention on the life quality of the dementia.Methods 60 cases diagnosed by dementia chosen from Mar.2008 to Aug.2010 were valued by MMSE and ADL.The cognitive fuction of the patients were improved by personal nurse intervention including memory of past events、curcumstance orientation and remotivation on the basis of routine drug therapy 、diet、safety and health instrument.Results Personal nurse invervention can improve the cognitive fuction and life capacity of the dementia.There is statistical difference on MMSE and ADL after personal nurse intervention（P0.05）.Conclusion Personal nurse intervention can improve the patients life quality. |
