肺功能及手术方式对肺切除术后并发症的影响

目的了解肺切除术后并发症与术前肺功能和手术方式的关系，为术前选择患者和手术方式提供参考。方法回顾性分析该院517例行肺切除术患者的临床资料，探讨术后并发症与术前肺功能和手术方式之间的关系。结果术后并发症总发生率为21.3％（110／517），术前肺功能越差、手术范围越大，术后并发症发生率越高。结论术后并发症与术前肺功能和手术切除范围相关，术前全面了解患者手术耐受情况，谨慎选择术式，适当的锻炼可减少或避免术后严重肺功能不全的发生，改善术后近期预后。

The relationship among postoperative complications, preoperative pulmonary function and the range of lung resection

Objective To explore the relationship among postoperative complications, preoperative pulmonary function and the range of lung resection. Methods The datas of 517 patients after pneumonectomy were analyzed retrospectively,the relationship among postoperative complicationspreoperative pulmonary function and the range of lung resection were studied. Results The total rate of postoperative complications was 21.3% (110/517), the lower preoperative pulmonary function, the larger range of lung resection, the higher rate of postoperative complications. Conclusion Postoperative complications happens easily in pulmonary hypofunction patients after pneumonectomy, so reasonable range of lung resection should be chosen according to pulmonary function.
