14例新辅助化疗在腹腔型隐睾恶变治疗中的应用

目的探讨新辅助化疗在高位腹腔型隐睾恶变治疗中的价值．方法14例高位腹腔型隐睾恶变患者，术前予PEB方案2～3个周期的化疗，肿瘤缩小后手术，术后进行多疗程化疗＋放疗，定期返院复查随访．结果14例中术前化疗后全部患者的肿瘤均明显缩小，都得到完整的肿瘤切除，无1例因手术死亡和发生术后并发症．随访6个月～9a，平均3a，其中术后肿瘤进展死亡3例（21．4％），其余11例现在仍无瘤生存．结论新辅助化疗可使高位腹腔型隐睾恶变瘤体明显缩小，降低手术风险及并发症，提高肿瘤完整切除率及患者的生存率．

Application of Neo-adjuvant Chemotherapy in 14 cases of Canceration of Abdominal Cryptorchidism

Objective To discuss the application value of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy for canceration of abdominal cryptorchidism. Methods We adopted two or three treatment courses of PEB chemotherapy project to treat 14 patients with canceration of abdominal eryptorchidism. 14 patients got successful tumor resection and chemotherapy, radiotherapy and followed-up after operation. Results The tumor of 14 cases became smaller significantly after the chemotherapy and got successful surgical resection without postoperative complications and death because of operation. All of the patients were followed up for 3 years in average after treatment, in which 3 cases died and the others survived without tumor. Conclusions Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively reduce the volume of the tumor which helps to decrease the risk of the operation and postoperative complications, and increase the rates of successful surgical resection and survival.
