| 摘 要： | 坏疽性脓皮病(PG)治疗方法众多,一般以系统治疗为主,主要包括皮质类固醇激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂和细胞祛除法等,其中皮质类固醇激素目前是治疗坏疽性脓皮病的一线药物,免疫抑制剂可单独也可联合皮质类固醇激素使用,生物制剂和细胞祛除法等是新近研究发现可治疗PG的方法,在部分患者中也取得良好疗效。局部治疗作为系统治疗的辅助治疗,在症状较轻时也可单独使用。

| Abstract: | The treatment for pyoderma gangrenosum is various,but system treatment is the mainstream method,including corticosteroid,immunosuppressant,biologic agent,granulocytapheresis (GCAP),leukocytapheresis (LCAP) and so on.The first line drug for PG is corticosteroid.Immunosuppressant can be used in PG alone or with corticosteroid.Biologic agent,GCAP and LCAP which are new methods for the treatment of PG have been found can get satisfied result in some patients.Topical treatment,as a subsidiary method,can be used ... |
