中小学教师职业紧张和紧张反应研究

摘    要:目的:初步探讨中小学教师职业紧张和紧张反应的现况。方法:应用职业紧张量表(OSI-R),根据职业紧张任务问卷(ORQ)和个体紧张反应问卷(PSQ)进行职业紧张水平和紧张反应水平的评价。结果:①1460例中小学教师与319例非教师相比,职业紧张和职业紧张反应总体得分无差异,而任务过重(RO)和工作环境(PE)两项,教师组显著高于非教师组(p<0.01);②中学教师职业紧张水平和紧张反应水平均显著高于小学教师(p<0.05);③除C3外,教师组体液免疫功能均显著高于非教师组(p<0.01);而在细胞免疫功能方面,教师组的T细胞亚群CD4和CD8显著低于非教师组(p<0.01)。结论:中小学教师职业紧张水平增高,主要表现在工作任务过重和工作环境差;中学教师比小学教师更紧张;教师职业紧张对其免疫功能有一定影响。
