| 摘 要： | 80例铝电解作业工人染色体畸变和姐妹染色单体互换频率与40例健康非作业人员比较,具有显著差异,作业工人的染色体畸变率与姐妹染色单体互换频率,随接触电解污染年限的增加而增高。表明铝电解污染对作业工人的细胞遗传物质有一定的影响,DNA受损程度与工龄长短有关。

| Abstract: | A comparison of the chromosome aberrations (CA) and sister chromatid cxchancs (SCE) between a group of 80 workers to carry on the aluminum-clctrolysing operations and a group of 40 healthy persons to do non-clctrolysing operations showed a significant difference .CA and SCE frequencies of those workers increased with the years when they were exposed to the electrolytic pollution. This shows that the pollution has a certain effect upon the workers' cytogcnctic materials and the damaged extent of DNA increases in proportion with the length of their service. |
