铝电解作业工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变及姐妹染色单体互换的研究

摘    要:80例铝电解作业工人染色体畸变和姐妹染色单体互换频率与40例健康非作业人员比较,具有显著差异,作业工人的染色体畸变率与姐妹染色单体互换频率,随接触电解污染年限的增加而增高。表明铝电解污染对作业工人的细胞遗传物质有一定的影响,DNA受损程度与工龄长短有关。

Abstract:A comparison of the chromosome aberrations (CA) and sister chromatid cxchancs (SCE) between a group of 80 workers to carry on the aluminum-clctrolysing operations and a group of 40 healthy persons to do non-clctrolysing operations showed a significant difference .CA and SCE frequencies of those workers increased with the years when they were exposed to the electrolytic pollution. This shows that the pollution has a certain effect upon the workers' cytogcnctic materials and the damaged extent of DNA increases in proportion with the length of their service.
