| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大肠癌侵袭和转移CT征象与癌组织中MMP-9及TIMP-1表达间的关系.方法对45例经手术病理证实且行螺旋CT平扫、动静脉期双期增强的大肠癌患者,观察每个病灶的浆膜侵犯和淋巴结转移情况.用免疫组化方法检测癌组织中MMP-9及TIMP-1表达情况,并分析其与CT征象的关系.结果CT征象上肿瘤的浆膜侵犯、淋巴结转移与MMP-9及TIMP-1蛋白表达有关(P＜0.05).结论大肠癌侵袭和转移CT征象可以在一定程度上反映MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the correlation of spiral CT(SCT) features of invasion and metastasis with the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Plain SCT scan and enhanced dual-phase SCT scan at both arterial and venous phase were performed in 45 patients with pathologically-proved colorectal carcinoma, serosa infiltration and lymph node metastasis of each lesion were observed. The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in tumor specimens was estimated with immunohistochemical technique, the relation between CT findings and the expression of the two proteins were analyzed and evaluated. Results Serosa infiltration and lymph node metastasis on SCT features significantly correlated with the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1(P<0.05). Conclusion Some SCT features of invasion and metastasis could reflect the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in colorectal carcinoma. |
