愤怒郁怒情绪反应猕猴模型制备及评价研究

目的：研制愤怒郁怒情绪反应猕猴模型，为愤怒郁怒情绪反应脑中枢机理研究提供合适的研究对象。方法：以雌性实验猕猴为对象，经由社会层级压力应激法诱发猕猴出现怒情绪，进而应用前期研制《雌性实验猕猴情绪评价量表》对猕猴不同情绪类型进行量化打分，并依据打分结果及判别标准鉴别分化出愤怒、郁怒情绪亚型，以期完成怒情绪不同亚型评价。结果：刺激造模后，愤怒模型组猕猴愤怒因子积分较正常对照组显著增加（P<0.01），而郁怒模型组猕猴愤怒因子积分较正常对照组及愤怒模型组均有显著差异（P<0.01）。愤怒模型组猕猴抑郁因子积分较正常对照组无显著差异（P＞0.05），而郁怒模型组猕猴抑郁因子积分较正常对照组及愤怒模型组均有显著差异（P<0.01）。结论：应用社会层级压力应激法造模能较好诱导出实验猕猴出现预期靶情绪，主观观测及客观评分结果可作为评价实验猕猴愤怒郁怒靶情绪的测量方法，该思路及手段可为愤怒郁怒产生机制及愤怒郁怒诱发情志病证发病机理研究提供合适的实验对象。

Establishment and Evaluation of the Anger-out and Anger-in Macaque Model

his work aimed to establish an anger-out and anger-in macaque model to provide a suitable research object for brain center mechanism research concerning above emotions. Female experiment macaques were used for the induction of anger emotion occurrence. The emotional evaluation scale of female experiment macaques was adopted to score different emotion types of macaque models. The anger-out and anger-in types from all anger monkeys were differentiated based on the scale scores and criterion. Under modeling stress, the anger factors of the anger-out model monkeys increased remarkably compared with those of the control group(P<0.01), while the anger-in model monkeys had a notable change compared with the control and anger-out group(P<0.01). The depression factors of the anger-out model monkeys had no difference from those of the control group(P>0.05), while the anger-in model monkeys had a remarkable change compared with the control and anger-out group(P<0.01). According to the results of the 30-min group ad libitum observation and scale scores, target emotion was induced by social surbodination stress, and the subjective combined objective results might serve as a good measure method to evaluate the anger-out and anger-in target emotion occurrence in macaques. The idea and method developed here may provide a suitable research object for the occurrence mechanism of anger-out and anger-in emotional reaction and pathogenesy of anger-out and anger-in emotion inducing emotional disorder.
