摘    要:本文在多属性决策理论与方法的基础上,综合主观与客观权重方法及灰色系统理论,建立了主客观结合的多属性综合评价方法,并根据所建立的方法,结合科研管理绩效评价实例进行了分析与说明,为中医院校科研管理提供了绩效评价的方法和手段。

Abstract:With the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the research concerning performance appraisal of research management is becoming indispensable and crucial for the TCM modernization. Based on the multiple attribute decision making methods (MADMM), a multiple attribute integrating decision method was established using the subjective weighted mean, the objective weighted mean and Grey theory in combination. A case was analyzed to show the application of this method. This study may offer a new method to realize the performance appraisal of research management in TCM universities.
