摘    要:目的:针对可扩展标记语言(XML)标准弹性结构电子病历信息,探讨适合的数据分析与统计方法,寻找病历信息内在共性和演变规律,以提供医学临床与管理辅助决策.方法:先对基于XML标准的弹性结构电子病历(FS-EMR)所采集数据进行预处理,然后针对数据特点和分析目的,采用美国微软公司(MS)SQL(结构查询语言)Server的Analysis Services和SQL,组织事务数据集,通过挖掘分析前者所获的数据集,并通过统计分析系统处理后者所获的数据集.结果:FS-EMR采集的临床数据可通过多维数据集建立决策树及其多因素关系图展示因素间相互关系;也可通过统计方法分析治疗前后变化.

Abstract:The methods of data analysis and statistics concerning the electronic medical records with flexible structure based on XML (eXtensible Markup Language) were developed in this work for better clinical administration and decision making. The data collected from records in clinical practice of Chinese Medicine was pre-processed. Focusing on both their features and the analysis aim, the transaction data sets were set up with Analysis Services(AS) of the SQL (Structured Query Language) Server or SQL. The set coming from AS was analyzed by a mining analysis model being established, and another set coming from SQL was processed in a statistical analysis system. A multi-factor diagram and a decision tree were established based on the multi-dimensional data set, showing an interrelationship between the factors of the clinical data collected by the FS-EMR. This statistical method may help to analyze the symptom change before and after treatments.
