摘    要:主从方类方体现中医方剂制方用药主旨及加减变化规律,是认识和理解方剂配伍规律的有效途径之一。本文在阐述主从方类方形成溯源与衍化关系基础上,基于二妙丸类方的组方特点及衍化规律,研究抗痛风效应及物质基础的共性规律与差异性、主方与从方的配伍特征,并探讨主从方类方配伍规律的研究思路与方法。

Abstract:Main formulae and their serial formulae (MSF) in traditional Chinese medicine reflect the compatibility rule of drug combination. This paper introduces the MSF evolution and derivation relations, the features of drug combination and derivation rules by taking Enmiao Man categorized formula as an example, the similarities and differences of anti-gout effects and the corresponding material basis, as well as the compatibility features between the main formulas and their serial formulas of Enmiao Man categorized formula.
