| 摘 要： | 中药性味理论是中药药性理论的核心,为了真正认识中医药的科学价值,准确把握中医药的特色优势。本文建立了基于中药性味可拆分性和可组合性的中药性味理论研究的新模式,明确了“中药性味拆分组分”、“中药性味组分”、“中药性味物质基础”、“中药性味药理学评价体系”以及“中药性味组分组合”等新概念,对文献、药物选择、“中药性味物质基础”拆分方法的建立与各拆分组分的化学表征、中药性味药理学评价体系的构建与性味归属、中药性味组分的可组合性、实验研究数据及资料的整理、分析与应用等与中药性味理论研究新模式的实践相关问题进行了论述,希望能够为开展中药药性理论起到抛砖引玉的作用。

| Abstract: | In this work, a new research model is established based on the spittability and combinativeness of the property and flavor of Chinese medicine (PFCM). Several new concepts concerning the PFCM are presented, including "PFCM split fraction", "PFCM fraction", "PFCM material base", "PFCM pharmacological evaluation system" and "PFCM fraction combined". Some critical research issues during the PFCM practice are also discussed. |
