| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水溶性碘对比剂副反应的发生原因及防治措施。方法对全身各部位行介入性血管造影13529例次所发生的63例水溶性碘对比剂副反应病例进行严密观察、护理及防治。结果除1例过敏引发喉头水肿者因呼吸困难及原发病较重抢救无效死亡外,其余病例均痊愈出院。结论随着非离子性对比剂的应用及有效的预防,其副反应发生率可大大降低,一旦发生经过及时护理及抢救均可痊愈。

| Abstract: | Objective: Discussing the water-soluble iodine contrast medium side reaction causes an d the prevention.Methods: 63 examples water-soluble iodine contrast medium side reaction occured in 1 3529 cases, which do the whole involvement angiography carrie d on the strict observatio n, nursing and preventing and controlling.Results: Besides 1 case death, because of the allergic initiation throat dropsy induc e the breath difficulty and the the primary heavy disease, other cases co nvalesce leaves the hospi tal. Conclusion:Along with the no n-ionic contrast medium application and the effective prevention, the side-rea ction rates may reduce greatly. If it once occurs with passing through prompt nursing and the rescue, the patient m ay convalesce. |
