血浆总胆汁酸与原发性高血压的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨血浆总胆汁酸水平在高血压发病中的作用。方法 采用酶法检测103例高血压患者的血浆总胆汁酸水平,并与45例肝胆疾病患者及50例健康对照组进行比较。结果 原发性高血压患者血浆总胆汁酸水平明显高于继发性高血压患者及对照组;肝胆疾病组血浆叫胆汁酸水平显著高于其他组但血压并不增高。结论 胆汁酸作为11-β羟类固醇脱氢酶的内源性抑制剂,与原发性高血压的发生存在一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the plasma total bile acid on the pathophysiology of essential hypertension(EH). Methods The level of plasma total bile acid was determined with enzymatic method in 103 patients with EH. Results The level of plasma total bile acid in patients with EH was significanthy higher than those in the controls(P<0.05) and secondary hypertension(P<0.05). Conclusion Bile acid as an endogenic inhibitor of 11-β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase may participate in the pathophysiology of EH and plays an important role in the development of hypertension.
